Appearance-wise, this type of contact lens while white is normally not as while as the rest of the eye leaving you looking like you have a very, very light iris.

• The next type of white contact lenses we are going to talk about it glow in the dark contacts! Cool, right?. Just like the last kind of white contacts we talked about, the ones that do not have any special effects. Glow in the dark contacts only cover the iris not the pupil, so you can still see what you are doing.Now if you are looking for a more dramatic appearance you will want the glowing cotacts rather then just the white contact lenses as they are, obviously, more stunning then regular ones.. Because they have this glowing effect a lot of people are looking for them for special events or during holidays like Halloween or even for theatrical use. Now, it is important that you know that the glow in the dark lenses are not corrective in anyway unless they are specifically made that way. Even then they are only corrective lenses and have no other effects but to glow in the dark.

• The last type of white contact enses we are going to talk about are used more rarely then the others for obvious reasons. What these do it make your entire eye appear white. This is because they cover not only the iris like the other contacts but the pupil too, leaving only the sclera to show. There are no correctice lenses with this type of contact. In fact they actuall blind the person while wearing them, that doesn't matter what kind of vision you have. These contacts should be worn with caution,they are great to wear for a short amount of time to create a scary effect of some kind, but like I said, only for a short amount of time..
